1. Acceptance of terms
By using Cari-Bill, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
Cari-Bill is provided to help businesses manage invoices, payments, scheduled email reminders, delivery of invoices and receipts (including via WhatsApp), reports, loyalty workflows, and related business processes. You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You should also ensure you have the right to use and store any customer or business data you upload.
4. Plans and access
Free trials, paid plans, and available features may change over time. If a trial ends or an account lapses, access to some features may be limited until the account is reactivated or upgraded.
5. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable platform, but availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, updates, third-party outages, or events beyond our control.
6. Intellectual property
The Cari-Bill platform, branding, software, layout, and related materials remain the property of Cari-Bill or its licensors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cari-Bill is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or data loss arising from use of the platform, service interruptions, user error, or third-party failures.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, non-payment, unlawful activity, security risk, or a breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago unless otherwise required by applicable law.
